Autosuggestion using positive affirmations

Self-affirmations are basically a set of positive statements spoken repeatedly until embedded permanently in the subconscious mind. There are five keys to designing a successful self-affirmations:

Brief

You should be able to say your affirmations in a single breath. That you can say out loud the whole world, or in the heart repeatedly. This affirmation must be remembered easily.

Simple

A self-affirmation requires a firm intention that could eventually become a reality. If needed, create a series of positive affirmations that itakes a variety of steps to make your dreams come true.

Realistic

If you are not sure, you might not make it happen. It could be just you stating that you will have all you need, or you want to become a billionaire, of course it can not be achieved by fantasized winning a 1 billion dollars lottery. Do it step by step.

Positive

Avoid using negative words such as "no", "not", "do not" or "never". Negative action acts as a barrier and it causes your subconscious mind groping, trying to understand what not to do. Also avoid words that represent doubts such as "possible", "hopefully", "perhaps", and so on.

Present

Start making the changes right now! There is no point in waiting for a better time to get started. Do not let mistakes due to misunderstandings of the past hold you back!
